"Just wanted to send you a note to tell you how pleased we are with the closets. The crew was right on time and did a great job. They were a pleasure to have working in the house and really knew their business and took great pride in the precision and details of the installation. They are great representatives of your business. Jim, I think, brought the remaining items the next morning and finished up. We started "moving in" immediately and followed the advice in the literature you gave us and did some cleaning out. It is a pleasure to walk into them and be able to find a place for everything - and to locate everything that's there. You did a great job with the design and we couldn't be happier. Our contractor - and his crew - were equally impressed. He said he initially thought they might not be worth the cost for most jobs, but after seeing them and the difference they made, he was sold. In fact he said on all the future new houses, and remodeling that involve closets, he is going to recommend the clients set aside enough of their budget to have the closets done like ours. "Any closet company can come to your home, take a few measurements, plug the figures into a computer, show you a schematic of what your closet will look like, and tell you why their closets is "the best". That was my experience when I wanted new closets in a home my wife and I purchased.
